Hey! I originally purchased the V3204 from David’s Bridal in White but I didn’t think it looked very good on my body/skin as I’m plus sized. I found the style MB3561 in Ivory and I think it works a lot better. Problem is that my wedding is in like 75 days, so while David’s has advised that the Ivory dress will come in on time, I’m just so indecisive and need to decide quickly. Also, my maids are in Marine (navy blue) dresses from David’s. Would the ivory or the white look better next to navy blue? Please let me know what you think – 1st or 2nd dress? Thanks! P.S. sorry for the large pictures!

Personally, I think the first style is va-va-voom on your body, whereas the second has an awkward seeming line where the skirt starts. Both are pretty though. I think either ivory or white looks great on you and would look great with navy blue.

I like the ivory colour on you but would like a third option of the first dress but in ivory colour! Both dresses look great on you shape wise you have a lovely well proportioned figure!

They are both cute but the 1st one looks better on your

Both are beautiful .. I definitely prefer the ivory on you. Both shapes work well on your figure but at a push, I’d vote number two!
Go with whichever makes you feel more comfortable and confident – you can’t really go wrong with either dress 🙂

The second dress looks great on your figure. I like that colours on you, as well.

You can pull of both white and ivory – so you’re lucky!
The choice would depend on you wedding. The white looks bright and crisp on you. Great for a summer or outdoor wedding. The ivory is a little softer. Would be great for a Church or romantic-feel wedding.
Both styles look good on your body. Dress one could do with a steam and a fitting. That will make it look better and I think you’d like it more.
If I HAD to choose, I’d go with dress 2.

Is dress 1 in ivory an option ? If no then I’d say dress 2.

Thank you for the replies everyone! My mother also thought the ruching line on the second dress was awkward but it looks so unique to me. That’s the one I went it! When it’s hemmed and steamed, I know it will look gorgeous. Thanks again!
