They have a similar silhouette and blush colour, and I can’t decide whether I prefer the floral embroidery on the Liancarlo or the more unique detailing on the Monique Lhuillier. I don’t have photos on myself unfortunately. The ceremony is taking place in a park under a willow tree and the reception will be in a conservatory/enclosed pavillion if the location affects your choice at all.

@coralie: It’s very difficult to choose without seeing you in the dresses, but based solely on the pictures provided I’d pick the Monique Lhuillier hands down.
It’s gorgeous, romantic, and flowy (I love romantic/flowy gowns!), and I think it would go best with the type of venue you described.

It really depends on your body type. The second one is a little more forgiving and such a tight silhouette as the first is difficult for many people to pull off. Based solely on the style and my preference, I like the first one best. But it really comes down to how they look on you.

Well just looking at the dresses, I like the second one. But its easier to pick when you see them on yourself.

Liancarlo!!!! That detailing is stunning!!!!

I tried on Candy and it can also be ordered with some jewel embelishments that aren’t really visible in the photos. It’s a beautiful dress and feels nice on. I actually ended up going with a dress more like the first photo and loved it because of the way it fit/felt.
Good luck with your search!

I hate to say this, but from far away, the details on the Monique look like little growths…

I like the second one. They’re both beautiful, but the Monique Lhuillier is much more interesting and sophisticated.

I prefer the 1st! I’m not a fan of the top of the bodice around the bust area on the 2nd one. I could totally change my mind seeing them on a real bride thou!

I chose the second one, even though they are both gorgeous because beading under the arm would be so sore and irratating by the end of the night. Whether your dancing or not.
For me under arm beading is a no way!

First one! I like the silhouette.

@waitingalongtime: that is a great point

I like the Monique Lhuillier one more but both are beautiful. One reason I prefer the ML is that it’s not as mermaid-y. What’s the price difference?

I like the first. The second one looks better from far away but I personally don’t like that bustier look where you can see the wire under the boobs and down the torso.
The flowers on the first are a prettier detail anyway In My Humble Opinion 🙂
