i love love love the first dress. it’s much more special.  since you’ll be immortalized in the millions of pictures taken at the rehearsal dinner, i’d go with the first choice.  but both are very nice!

I like the lines and length of #2 better, and you can always remove the sash.

    I like both! I actually prefer 1 but think maybe it’s a little short….?

I love the first, but the second is pretty too! I’d say go with whichever your wallet can afford since there is such a big price difference.

I love the second dress! In fact, I love it so much, I might need to get it for my own rehearsal dinner!

I love dress #2, the first one is also nice but it’s quite short. I am not sure how tall you are, but it would be a mini on me! he 2nd has amazing lines and the flow of the dress is gorgeous and the price is great!

I’ve been eyeing that second dress and have seen it for more like $180. At that price, you can’t go wrong. I may order it myself, though the shipping doubles the price!

@Heidi56:  I like them both a lot but the 1st one is a little TOO fancy, it could pass as a destination wedding dress–but this is just the rehearsal dinner

The 2nd is special enough without looking like another wedding dress

I really like the second dress. Since the first dress is taffeta, I’d be worried that it would wrinkle up when you sat for dinner — and since it’s short, if it wrinkles and the hem starts to hitch up a bit, it might be uncomfortable. The second dress seems more versatile, and you could dress it up with great jewelry and shoes.

I agreed with PP,the price is a big difference between both! The #2 one is gorgeous, it will also offer you a touch of elegant. If you don’t like the sash, remove it, or replace it with something else.
