Hi,
Right so I was advised on here to go out and try some different shapes of wedding dresses, fabrics etc and see what I like. I did this yesterday and here are the pics..... please can you give me some honest feedback on what looks good etc, would be very much appreciated as I am clueless with these things. I literally went into the shop and said to the lady please put me in one of each style and this is what she came up with.

Oooh, the second from the top gives you a great waist! I love it on you.
The two ballgowns seem to overwhelm you a bit. 3 and 4 are nice but you look uncomfortable by your body language.
The last one is gorgous and very flattering.
advice: don't go back there because there are 3 major styles she totally missed. you look like you have a nice shape, you could pretty much wear anything, the important question is what do YOU like on you?
I vote for #2 or the last one. It depends on the kind of wedding you're having though.#2 is more traditional/formal, and the last one is more modern.

Personally I love the last one.. you body looks fab ! But yu look alittle uncomfortable.

I DEF vote for the last one. It is the prettiest and looks the best on you, in my opinion. I'm not being mean..just giving an honest opinion like you wanted :)
This probably won't help much since these 2 are so different, but I personally love the first and last!! They all look great though, I don't think you really could go wrong!
@j.grossman13: which shapes do you think she missed? lol i really must be useless, only one I think she really missed was an A line but she pulled out such an ugly one I didnt want to try it.
@PinkPinstripes: date twin, first person i've spoken to with same date on here. We're having a church wedding and then hotel reception so don't think theres a certain type of dress that is best for this, i'm really having trouble deciding.
Thanks for all advice so far guys, I still can't decide- like i said before useless at these things :-( I know I look a little uncomfortable in some of them but I think it's because I didn't realise most of the pics where being taken so i'm just talking to the saleslady about the dresses and stuff not really standing for a pic if that makes sense.
i love no.1 & no.5 on you - you look like you're ready to walk down the aisle that minute, it fits you so perfectly! either way, it is most important that YOU love your dress :) best of luck!

I like the first one and the last one.
1 looks great and may be my favorite! 5 is my second favorite. I don't care for 2 or 4 at all. 3 is a nice shape on you but I would prefer to see you in something that accentuates your waist a bit more. I think that's why I love the first one!
I love the first and last but agree that there are a lot of styles that you haven't tried
I really like the second one, and the last one. If you're still unsure, and want to try more styles, try finding a dress that is a lighter, floatier fabric, sort of Grecian-inspired. I didn't think I could pull off a dress like that, I thought you had to be 6' tall, but I found that flowy is flattering to everyone!
I vote for the first - in fact, I vote for that exact dress. My goodness, it's just lovely!

The first one and the last one are my favorites, but you look good in all of them.
she didn't put you in 5 styles (according to pics you posted), i see three, 2 ballroom gowns, 2 modified, drop waist A-lines, and 1 trumpet (my personal fav). as you said she missed a true A-line, but also a sheath and mermaid, and i'm sure i'm forgetting a couple others.
seriously, you look great in all of them, lucky girl! so just go out and try on more until you find one that you don't want to take off. have fun!
I love Dresses 1, 3 and 5, though Dress 1 is for sure my favorite! It is so flattering and so gorgeous on you!
