So I’ve narrowed it down to two dresses… David’s Bridal WG9821 and Mori Lee Blu 5115. I already know which one I’m leaning towards, but I want some more opinions! Keep in mind that they both need the hems shortened. Also, I would probably get a different sash for the Mori Lee one (and maybe even have it sewn into the dress).
Let me know what you think! Thanks 🙂

Mori lee all the way! I dont like the way the DB dress gathers in the midsection. It adds inches to your waist in an unflattering way.

Both of these dresses are gorgeous, however I have picked a big dress too and I’m now worried that it might be too warm and too heavy. If you’re in love with the Mori Lee dress I say go for it! If you want something that will be easier to walk in, easier to dance in, easier to manage for going to the bathroom and what-not, I’d say go with the Davids bridal.
I voted for the Mori Lee because it’s stunning and I have a bias to big bridal dresses. It’s ultimately your day and you should feel amazing because no matter what you wear, you will Look amazing 🙂

I voted David’s because I like the much smaller volume of the skirt, and I think you could get the gathering at the front to drape slightly better and have it be a point of interest rather than a negative, if it were altered right.
The Mori Lee is gorgeous, but also seems huge and heavy.

the ML dress just does something to your figure in the best way. I cant put my finger on what it is exactly which is why I think thats “the one”. When you cannot describe the most amazing aspect – that to me is what makes it the most beautiful~

Love the Mori Lee. So dramatic!

@thebear: Mori Lee all the way! You look gorgeous! I’m not entirely sure what’s going on with the front of the second dress. That beading looks like dress snag.

I wish you could combo it, I like the overall shape of the second one, but the neckline and fabric of the first one.
