I really like how you look in the second dress. I think the first dress is also beautiful and you look stunning in it, but I like the lines better on the second one. Plus, the second one is just so fun!
I actually prefer the Fantasia on you! For some reason the waist on the Enzoani seems to cut you in half whereas the Fantasia gives you beautiful curves.
Fantasia, hands down! You look AMAZINGBALLS in it and that is such an interesting dress! I also like the cut better on you, I really don't think that the waist of the first dress def is not as flattering.
The second one! The fit on the first one kind of cuts you off right in the middle if that makes sense. The second one is beautiful and even more beautiful on you!
i really really like the bodice on the 2nd dress (fantasia) but do not like the skirt
Both are gorgeous, but I agree with everyone else that the Fantasia looks extra amazing on you. I went with "fun" for my own dress (and am in my early 30s), so I am biased though!
Side note, I just saw your first dress and it is awesome too. I don't think you can make a bad decision!
Definitely the second one! As others said, it really highlights your gorgeous figure - whereas the first one seems to hide it and cuts you in half at an awkward place. I don't think age has anything to do with it either - you rock that second dress and it is completely age appropriate. Go for it!
ETA: I wasn't sold on the second one when I first saw it on the model, but then I saw it on you and it was a complete winner!
I agree with @Kemma. The second dress really makes your curves look amazing. The first one, I just feel it's to short in the body. I also love love LOVE the skirt on the second - it is so unusal and so much fun!
Between these dresses, I voted for #2. It has the WOW factor, plus it sounds like #2 is your fave but you're afraid it isn't age-appropriate. I don't think the dress is too young for you--I think it is fun *and* elegant. Also, while I admit the flange skirts do feel a little overdone here on WB, I have never seen one on a real bride and I doubt anyone at your wedding will have either!
Btw I loved you in the Watters ballgown you previously posted. But then I looked back and saw I loved you in the mermaid too! You look great in every silhouette. Does this poll mean you are over your MOH's comment about the skirt of the Fantasia? I hope so! If it helps, my BFF told me the skirt of my dress looks like an apron. I cried over that comment, then got over it and bought the dress anyway.
It seems I'm in the miniority, but I prefer the first because the design on the skirt is "flatter" if that makes sense, I think it looks more elegant.
Either one looks great on you though!
I love Fantasia on you more! I feel like it has more flow from the bodice into the skirt than the Egypt. Both are beautiful though, just preference now!
Don't shoot me! But another bride recently posted about the Fantasia and said that she and her family that went dress shopping with her all thought the skirt looked like toilet paper. Seeing this dress again, I cannot get that out of my head. I definitely prefer the first.
Edit: Oh, wait, that was you! What about the dress you already have? You should include that in the poll.
Thanks so much for all of your votes & comments so far! I can't even tell you how helpful they are! I was looking at more dresses on the internet today & found out that Alyne is having a trunk show at a boutique a couple hours away from my house. The Wendy dress has been one of my favorites from the start, but I never let myself try it on because it's so expensive! Well... somehow this boutique sells the dress for $1000 less than everwhere else I've seen it plus they're offering an additional 10% off due to the trunk show. That puts it, well, still not quite in my price range, but close enough that I can stretch it! Wahoo!
Have any of you tried it on? I'm really hoping it isn't one of those dresses that just looks better in pictures.
Here's a picture of the dress:

What do you think??
Thanks bees!!
I'm going to go against the grain and vote for the first dress in this post. I really thought "wow" when i saw the picture, and although you look lovely in the second, the first one really stuck with me. It's not a style that would work on everyone, but I think it works very well on you. Wow!
@fmls: My vote would be for this one, the Alyne! Go try it on!
I'm not a fan of either of the skirts on the ones you've posted, but I love the bodice of the first one!
I like the advertisement for the "Blue" better, but once you see the photos of the dresses on you I defienely think the "Fantasia" suits you beautifully.
The "Fantasia" looks amazing on you and gives you a really defined waist.
the second one seems to have a better fit on you. though i like the picture of the 1st. how the 1st one fit on you right now seems to cut your torso for some reason. it could be because of the clips (the giant clips reflected on the mirror).
the 3rd one, i don't like as much.
I love the top of the 2nd, but I am not a big fan of the skirt. I'd say keep looking for something with a bit of a drop waist (like the second) but not quite such a funky skirt. You have a stunning figure and the dropped waist really shows it off.
@fmls: I looked back at your previous post and I think the silhouette of Wendy is similar to the Wtoo Devon. While Wendy is a gorgeous dress, I prefer a drop-waist style on you. So my picks would still be Fantasia or your original dress (Adelaide).
I just looked at your prior posts with your dress journey! What happened to make you change your mind on the Watters ballgown? I had major envy!! :)
@fmls: i JUST tried on this dress today! its beautiful and the fit is sooo lovely. Its way out of my budget (and i'm very tiny, so the huge florals did not look good on me) but overall it was beautiful, try it!
and i love your first dress by enzoani - the bodice is so rich and vintage!
but i vote for the second dress - i think you look so much more curvy in it :)

Well, I was sure I'd found the dress of my dreams... and then it came in.
I'm not sure what happened but I just don't love it anymore! So, I went back through my original favorites & tried on a few more dresses. I'd love to get your opinion on these two options:
Blue by Enzoani - Egypt
This one feels a little more sophisticated/elegant to me.. plus maybe more age appropriate since I'm in my early 30s? The bodice still has beading & some sparkle though to add some bling. I'm in love with the skirt on this one!
Sottero & Midgely- Fantasia
I feel like this one has more of a young, princess feel. I love the sparkliness on the top! But do you think the flange skirts are getting a little overdone with all the White by Vera Wang and other versions?
I guess a decent amount of the decision should probably come down to whether I want to feel more "elegant" or more "fun" on my wedding day.. but nothing helps like hearing some unbiased opinions!
Thanks for humoring me with yet another poll Bees!!
