Loooove the lace. It seems so special, while the satin one seems like I've seen it 100 times before.
You look beautiful in both, but I agree with @VeronicaH - i'm not a huge fan of the lace neckline, and I think you can see your figure better in teh satin!
I am a huge fan of lace but I think the satin dress is much more flattering on you.
The lace wins if you could alter that neckline... b/c right now it has horns.

I don't like the neck line of the lace dress. The satin dress fits really well.
I agree with the above posters. The satin looks beautiful on you, but I feel like I've seen it a lot of times before and it doesn't have a classic feel. The lace one looks amazing on you and it has a more classic feel. But I also agree with above posters that the neckline can use a little work.
Lace! You look great in both of them, but I just prefer the lace one. I would probably try to get the neckline altered too.

Tough one. You look great in both, but that satin is more flattering. I like the lace better in general though. See if they can alter the neckline/sweetheart neckline.

The lace one all the way. I actually love the modern neckline on the lace one too, I wouldnt change it at all, except of course to make it smaller to fit your petite frame. The satin dress is just so ordinary and I've seen it a million times before.
I like the lace one better--and you actually look happier in the photo with the lace dress! Both are beautiful, though.
I voted lace, but I would have the neckline altered to take off the points on it.
I love the lace, but I think the satin is much more flattering on you. I think the belt on the lace one kind of splits your body in half and doesn't let your curves shine on their own. Also, as others have said, the neckline on the lace one is funky.
I'm with scissors.. lace lace lace. You can have the little wings modified if you want, but that dress is stunning! And it looks amazing on you!

I think the silk one really makes your body look good. The neckline and the "belt" on the lace dress just don't seem to highlight your body shape. The lace is beautiful, maybe do something about the belt?
i like the satin, but i'm not so into lace. i agree the neckline on the lace isn't working well with your figure. the dress itself otherwise is beautiful!
I think the lace could be really pretty but it needs some changes in the neckline--sweetheart would be nice. It'll also probably look much prettier when it is altered to your height.
I actually like the satin one much better on you. The neckline of the lace one is a little weird to me. The satin one shows off your figure more, too!

Think both look good, but didn't like the bottom of the silk as much as the lace. The lace makes you light up. They have different feels: perhaps it depends on what feeling and look you are going for. Definately lace is very romantic.
I voted lace. It's a unique looking dress, and I think the satin one looks like so many other dresses I've seen before. I also think that the shape of the lace dress really accentuates your hourglass better. I actually also like the wings on the top of the lace dress. Is it possible that you were wearing the top of the lace one up too high? When it's made for your height, the top will be lower down on your chest? I think that would look better.
Lace...love the everything about it on you. I even love the neckline resembles rowena from the maggie line which is my dress ...gives it a unique look! You look beautiful and elegant! :)
I voted for the lace because I think it's different and elegant.
The real question is how do you FEEL in each of them?
Edit: Re: the neckline on the lace - From the look of the hem, the sample looks like it's a little too big on you so the neckline might not be as severe as it appears in the picture - I'd ask them next time you go.
