So I already have a BEAUTIFUL PLATINUM SOLITAIRE, that DH gave to me 9yrs ago. We only got married by civil court and could’nt afford wedding bands or a reception for that matter. With that being said we have decided and actually started planing our wedding (church) for June 16, 2012….YAY!!!……..so the conversation came up about getting our wedding bands and after searching everywhere for the perfect wedding band i couldnt decide on anything. I went online to look at TIFFANYs even though i knew it was out of our price range….but i showed DH the platinum and silver rings and he loved the Tiffany 1837 ring which is made from silver but im totally fine with that. So now my dilema is with which E-ring to pair it with (since DH said i could choose a new e-ring,….here i go)…i fell in love with two of the Cushion Halo rings from Moissanite, the 2nd and 3rd have a band that goes with it but i wouldnt mind the look of stacked rings. So ill post three different pictures and u let me think what u think and which e-ring looks best with the tiffany band. thanks

didn’t you post the same poll yesterday? I’m pretty sure I already voted on this!
Personally, I think the band is too thick to match any of those e-rings. I actually doubt it will even fit with those e-rings since its so wide. Tiffany does have a good return policy though, so I’d go try the band once you get your new ring.
But, I would definitely reconsider buying a silver ring as your band. Silver is not going to stand up to every day wear the same way that white gold, yellow gold, or platinum will. Plus, you will have the two different metals rubbing together which could potentially damage either the ering or the band. I think since you didn’t get a band the first time, you’d want one that will last through the rest of your marriage. As great as Tiffany is, I think you are better off getting a white gold band from elsewhere. Moissainte and Co. has some really nice bands and since that is where you are going to get your ring from, I think its a good option.
But if you go with this band anyways, I like e-ring #1 (2nd ring down) with it the best.

All the erings are beautiful. If you’re set on that band, I’d go with the last one since It’s pretty thick & the others have 2 bands on them already. If not, I’d consider another Tiffany’s band that’s thinner. Love the ‘I Love You’ bands

@Krises: I agree. I think the band is too wide to go with any of those rings.
Maybe you could wear the e-ring on one hand (right) and the band on your left.

@Krises: no, for some reason theres nothing on the other post, but yeah i have thought about it, but honestly i have’nt found another one that we agree on… . thanks
@CaptainSpaulding: yeah i looked at that one and i like it, but dont know which one dh would end up getting. hes really picky and honestly he would only wear it on weekends……his line of work doesnt allow it. thanks
@KatNYC2011: ive done that on the past with my actual e-ring but i dont like how lonely it looks. thanks

@alejo1519: Wait… so is the T&Co band for your FI or for you?
If it’s for your FI and you’d wear one of the sets posted, then I’d go with #2 or #4. If you are going to wear the same T&Co band with the ring, the band really seems too big.

@CaptainSpaulding: I have that ring FI got it for me for my birhday 2 yrs ago i usually wear it on my right hand but sometime i wear it with my engagement ring just because i can

They’re all beautiful erings, but I think the Tiffany band is a completely different look from all 3 of them! I have owned that ring from Tiffany before, and it’s kind of thick – do you know if it would even come close to sitting flush? I would think it’s way too thick to fit under the head/crown of any of those rings.
@CaptainSpaulding: I love that band and I agree that would go much better!

I personally think the band is to wide.. idk if any wouldnt look out of place.

I agree that the “band” doesn’t match and you should think about moving it to your right hand or something. It looks more like a casual ring than a wedding band. I love Tiffany, but I don’t know if I’d want the T & Co to be the focus of my wedding band you know?
But anyhow I LOVE the 4th ring, it’s perfecto.
If you want a Tiffany wedding band I think this is gorgeou. It’s $1,200, which isn’t cheap but not crazy expensive either. Maybe you could just have this be your wedding band/engagement ring all in one?

I’m kind of confused, too…is the band for you or your FI? It’s really thick and masculine, reminds me of a men’s ring. I also agree with a PP, I don’t really like how the T&CO is the focal point of the ring but if that’s what you love then go for it. I say go with the 4th ring because it has all the beautiful diamonds on the band and it’s thinner. The thicker bands on the other 2 erings would just be too much with the band, you want something a little thinner and delicate to go with the thick band. Theyre all beautiful but I love th #4 the best.
Congrats on the upgrade and upcoming wedding 🙂
