The macaroons are very pretty! I do love them. Because you have a small wedding is there the option to have both? Maybe a slightly smaller selection of candy and then macaroons for those that don't want candy?
Thanks Ladies I like both idea ordering the macaroons it will save me the trouble of the candy buffet. Any other ideas?

Although I may be outnumbered. I've never been a big fan of the candy buffet. I think the macaroons are so classic - I can't imagine anyone leaving one behind!
I think because you're having a small wedding having something more personal for your guests, like the macarons, would look the best. I plan on having some sort of buffet, possibly candy, but i'm also having about 300 guests.

I am having a small dinner reception of about 25 people and I am not sure what direction I want to go in as far as favors. My theme is very Zen like we are having our ceremony and a buddhist temple and the decor of the dinner reception is very relaxing and earthy. I want my guest to use their favors instead of leaving them on the table for a week and tossing them. I toyed with the idea of a candy buffet and paulette macarons. What do you think? If you have any alternatives please feel free to post. Thanks bee hive!
