    I love the first set. The second ones look too heavy for my taste.

    Defiitely the first pair! Although I do like how unique the second pair is, the first is much more practical. If you plan on wearing them throughout the ceremony and reception it’s going to make your life easier. If you wore the second pair just imagine your FI having to awkwardly hold back the lace to put the ring on your finger during the ceremony! And I can’t imagine eating would be too pleasant either. PS I am obsessed with the different textures within the ruffles of your dress!

    I voted #1.  I think the second set will compete with your dress and will be annoying and in the way, especially if they don’t stay tied – not like you can tie them yourself…plus no one will be able to see your new bling, lol.  I think it would be cool if you could get the first pair in a little bit longer version.

    you’ve got plenty of ruffles in the dress already, keep the gloves simple and classic. love the lace look

    @kizzeroo:  +1

    I think the second set is beautiful but I don’t think they are very practical.

    I love the 2nd set. I would be looking for any excuse to wear those! They would look great, no different than wearing big jewelry… just an amazing accessory.

    @kenya.latham.1:  I voted neither. Not my style, reminds me of Madonna in 1983. But, if you like it, do it!!

    @HappilyEverAfter54:  Agreed, I think they’re more thematic, they’re the kind of thing you’d never have any excuse to wear any other time, I love it! 🙂
