Here is a picture of my dress:
Which hairstyle do you like best with the dress? Or just overall? Please disregard the accessories pictured.
I don’t know it this helps, but my hair is dark, like in the first photo, and I don’t have bangs.
Also, I apologize in advance if the pictures turn out enormous.

What’s the style of your wedding? Venue? Classical? Rustic? Etc. I think that helps more than seeing a pic of your dress!

I like the first and the third!

I love the first, it’s actually on my interest. But not all hair will work with all those styles, so it’s hard to say which would be best for you.

I guess my wedding is traditional, maybe? It’s at a hotel (by the beach, but indoors).
My hair is medium, not thick or thin, and slightly wavy, a little less than the last picture, and pretty long.
Thanks for your opinions! 🙂

I like all the updos but I voted for 3

I think you can do any hairstyle with that dress so I’d pick one that you think looks best with your face!

It’s hard to say without knowing your face shape in terms of what hairstyle works best for you. Just from the pictures, I think 1,2 and 3 are beautiful. #3 is probably my favorite because it looks a little more classic and romantic with that dress. #1 and 2 are beautiful but I always feel like braids are a little more casual/bohemian, which is a great look, just not my personal preference for a wedding.

@everyheart: I like #1 and #2. I’m probably a little biased, though, as I’m planning to incorporate some type of braids into a loose, romantic updo. Your dress is very romantic and flowy, so I think that type of style would work best.
I don’t like #4 or #5 at all. I feel like #4 looks too messy (especially if you’re having a more traditional wedding, as you mentioned.) #5 isn’t a bad look, but I don’t like it for a wedding. To me, it looks like the way a lot of girls would fix their hair for a night out … Pretty, but nothing too special.

You are giving a lot of good advice. Thanks so much!

I am in the minority- but love #2, it’s so feminine and romantic. Something about the little braids in #1 I do not like.
I found similar styles on pinterest, but maybe less “messy” looking.
