What does the purple invitation look like? The green is beautiful. Which do you like best?
Well I don't want to give any tips on which I like best! I first want to see what you think! (;
The purple is gorgeous too. Without knowing anything about your "theme" for your wedding, I'd lean toward the purple invite. The green would be beautiful for a tropical theme just because of the specific design (as it is a tropical leaf).
It is a garden wedding. And the venue is located next to the Hudson River. From the banquet room, there is a balcony that guests can sit at and look at the Hudson River.
I personally love the simplicity and boldness of the green leaf invite. It's hot. :o)
Both are really beautiful... I think the Green Leaf invite makes more of an elegantly simple statement and the purple with the green is more whimsical and princessy... if that makes sense. So i guess it would depend on what you were going for in the entire theme of your wedding. I personally would probably choose the purple and green. Good luck :)
Guess I'm a bit different here. I like the green but I love the purple flower invite.
I totally adore the purple one - it definitely looks more bridal. The green one, although nice, could be used for any special ocassion.
I like the purple on, i guess im in the minority though :)

I think the invitation with the simple green leaf is is very original. It's chic and modern. That one gets my vote! =)
i almost chose the purple invite when i was choosing invites! but i love watercolor. that invitation is so artistic looking i loved it!
I like the green leaf - could you do the writing (or some of it atleast) in purple ink? That might bring the colors together. We're doing a brown invite with green grass and leaves at the bottom, with mostly white writing except for our names in bold and purple or blue to bring in our other colors. Good luck!
i like the green.. perhaps you could put a purple ribbon around it or even make a purple border?
those are two completely different styles. how in the world did you narrow it down to those two? haha. I like the style of the purple one for a garden wedding.
Thanks so much for your input! I still don't know. Go figure, I ask my best friends and one prefers one and the other the other. And then my sisters both prefer the purple, but ones sees that the green one is more "me". My mom likes both so she can't give an opinion. I just asked my fiance and he likes both too! I think the compromise in the end might be the green one with purple writing. But no decisions have been made yet so PLEASE keep the votes coming!
The green leaf is fantastic! I would for sure go with that one. :)
Well my two sisters and Mom prefer the purple one. So I kind of feel obligated to use it. I love both, although the green one is more ME! My FI doesn't mind. I could ask my MIL, but then if we don't go with the one she wants she could feel offended. Which to choose, which to choose?
Both are beautiful invitations;they just have different moods. The purple is a little bit more traditional, romantic, light. The green is bolder and more modern. I voted for the purple befor I saw that you love the green one. I think you should definitely go with the one you like best - why not?
Yeah! Well it's a garden wedding so really either could work! I do think the purple one is very pretty bc it looks hand painted. But I am also trying to convince myself that the purple is best, so that I can agree with my sisters and mom, when my gut says the green one!

Hello Bees!
I am between two invitations right now. Originally my colour theme was green and white. Then I started to think that maybe that was too dull and I needed to add another colour to add some more colour. So I decided that purple is nice. The predominate decorations will be green and white, but there will be some touches here and there. So keeping that in mind, which of these invitations would you choose?
