I prefer Kenzie, I think it's gorgeous, although I like them both.
I prefer the Kenzie. I think it would look better with an ivory dress.
I vote Kenzie - the cutouts on the back are really cool, very exciting to splurge, I'm hoping to splurge on some Manolos (if I can find the right size and colour)
Thanks for the feedback! I like the Kenzie too. Actually, I have been considering Manolos too, but haven't been able to make it to the store.
jpatterson7 - which Manolos are you looking for? share when you have a sec!
a bit of an oddball here...I'd go with the lance...the Lance is so much more fun to me...and i'd wear it out after the wedding probably more than i's wear the kenzie...
I'm with the Lance too because I know it comes in other colors.
I am sooo hating on your right now for getting JCs!!!
I vote for Kenzie too!!!
I'm thinking of buying the glitter Clue in Gold for my traditional cultural dresses..
I like both, but I'm going to go for the more traditional shoe and vote for the Kenzie.
I prefer the lance - I don't do traditional ;-)
Lance! They are so fun and different. I feel like the Kenzies are nice, but don't look like anything I'd splurge on. I feel like I can find shoes like that at DSW. On the other hand, the Lance is beautiful, and more unique.
jwells - the Manolos I want are the Sedaraby D'Orsay in teal/aqua.
They are the same ones from the SATC episode where Carrie has them in Silver and they're stolen from a party and then registers for shoes because never having been married meant never registering for gifts blah blah blah. They're also similar minus the feathers for the ones that Molly from the Bachelor wore........
Anyway, I've found them in various colours in different places but have only seen the teal/aqua colour at one store in Vancouver but not in my size. I've been hunting them down and have a friend in Toronto working on it for me too but I think they are last season and soooo hard to find.
They were going to be my something blue, but now am debating doing something else because our colours are black/white/green and as much as a splash of teal would be fine, there are red carpets at the ceremony venue we are planning on so I feel like it's just too much........
sorry to ramble :)
I vote Kenzie's because I would be more apt to wear those after the wedding.
I prefer the Lance!! The other ones are too plain, if I was going to get Choos I would want them to be different and stand out from other shoes...I think the Lance shoes do!!
Kenzie! You might want to think about the wear-again-ability too...it might help make your decision easier.
@jpatterson7- I've been lusting after the Manolo Sedarabys too! I was looking at Bergdorfs online today and noticed they had them in teal:
They only have them in a couple of sizes though.
I can't choose between gold or silver.
And jwells, I vote for Kenzie!
I vote for lance!
Also.. your thread title reminds me of the Lady GaGa song Fashion. LOL
My vote is for the Kenzie. Because it has the platform in the front, it'll be more comfortable than having all the pressure going to the ball of your foot with the Lance. But both are gorgeous!
I prefer the Lance but only because I'm highly fashionable. The Kenzie are nice, but more of a classic look, and they look similar to a shoe you can find for $50.
I like both and think they both would be wearable after the wedding, but the Kenzie just looks more classic bridal where the Lance looks more like a fun party shoe to me. Maybe you could post a pic of your dress?
cakelove - thanks for the link - 7 or 11 for those shoes :( I found them locally in an 8 but I really need a 9 or maybe even a 10 - urggggggg
my colleague at work is trying to convince me to get a pair of Louboutins since I have a red carpet at my ceremony site - there is a great pair of peep toes that are navy glitter, I'm not a huge fan of the teal glitter ones by CL though.
The Kenzie is by far my favorite! It looks like they may be a bit more comfortable too... not that either one is meant to be comfortable.
kenzie! i think that they have a more classic look that you will be able to wear for years to come
You know what? You should really try them on both. I own two pairs of Choos and when shopping for them I found that even though MY Choos have a perfect fit for my feet, a lot of other Choo models didn't fit me that well. Some even hurt my feet. It would be a terrible shame if you got your Choos but you wouldn't love to wear them!!

Trying to figure out which Jimmy Choos I should buy for my wedding. My fiance said I could splurge and I am having a hard time deciding.
I'm wearing an ivory Jim Hjelm dress and trying to decide between the Kenzie and the Lance
Any suggestions?
