I am hoping to book the venue soon once my fiance sees and approves of it (I’ve seen it already and LOVE it).
We will have to rent linens from another vendor if we want colors other than basic white, and chair covers, so I’m debating which color scheme is better (I have to tell them rough numbers in the colors I want when I place a deposit).
Here is a picture of the venue:
The colors I am doing are black/white with hot pink accents (the ribbons on the centerpieces will be hot pink, the table numbers pink etc) but everything else black and white. The little pink stars in my illustration represent centerpieces.
Here are my rough draft basic illustrations for the two choices I’m going back and forth between:
Option 1 (black chairs/white tables)
Option 2 (white chairs/black tables)
Which do you like better?

White chairs black tables! Love the damask idea! 🙂

If you really want the pink to pop, I’d go for option two. The hot pink will really stand out on black linens. If you want the pink to be more subtle, I’d go for option one because it will blend in a little and be muted with the white.

It’s a personal choice. I find black dreary for a wedding.
I don’t like the look of chair covers if the chairs are at all passable ( your pics don’t show what the chairs look like without covers) .You end up with a sea of white ( or black) that overwhelms the other decor.
Another consideration would be budget. If budget is a consideration, I would use the white linens you can get free, as that would free up $$ to be used esehwere.

I love the white chairs with black because the pink will really pop on the black table linens.

I am leaving towards the black tablecloths after I found a picture of another wedding there that used them… it looked awesome. The banquet chairs are green so they do NOT go with my colors, and they need to be covered up for sure.
