Sometimes I feel like my e-ring and wedding band look like a bit -too- much together, so I’ve started wearing my wedding band on my right hand, and added a thin (1.5mm) plain gold band as a “wedding” ring with my e-ring. Does this look ok? Does the blingy e-ring look better? Speak up hive!
ETA: WB editor tells me these are the same size, but it’s clearly a lie!

@Susanlee178: I like them both but I would probably wear the plain band. But that’s my personal style. Go with your gut!

I think they both look nice! I kind of prefer the bling to the plain, but I think it’s fun to be able to switch it up too. I think a few other bees have both a plain and a bling band.

Usually I always vote bling but I really like the way the second set goes together!

@RubyStar: I like the way it goes together, too. For me, nothing screams “MARRIED!” quite like a plain gold band. This is my only piece of yellow gold jewelry.

I think the plain band really makes your ering pop. I’m a sucker for metal showing though.

@Susanlee178: I would usually say bling as I love diamond bands, but the plane band looks sooo pretty!

I like the plain! But thats just my taste in general.

I’m really surprised at the number of people voting for the plain band! I like it too, it’s much more comfortable. Plus, I like having a little bling on my right hand now too.

@Susanlee178: different options for different days 🙂 Why committ to only one look??? 🙂

Plain band makes you e-ring look better. I am also a plain band woman, though. Both my e-ring setting and my wedding band are plain white gold.

@Susanlee178: Definitely prefer the plain; and I’m usually a ‘bling’ person!
I’d like it even more in white gold though to match your ring 🙂

I like the plain. I think the same thing about my ering and my wedding band on one finger – it is just way too much bling for me. So I wear my wedding band on my left hand and my ering on my right hand! To each their own!
