    10.01.11 – for me in the states it is less confusing, but it might be different in Canada

    @pyma: The first one, to me anyway, looks like January 10th, not October 1st.

    I’m with @vmblai1019. If I saw “01.10.11” I would assume it was January 10th.

    I like 10.01.11, just because that’s how I would write October 1, 2011. But I guess it is whatever you are used to.

    Well I am assuming your invites will go out after January 10th of 2011 anyways (so no one shows up on the wrong date if they read 1.10.11 how I would read it) but I still like 10.1.11 best.
