Even though I JUST found out I’m prego, my boyfriend and I have been tossing around ideas for names. If we have a girl, I really love Cleo. I think it’s cute and classic with the potential to be sexy later in life 😉 It also happens to be my mom’s middle name.
My boyfriend thinks Cleo is just okay. When I mentioned the name Sienna he LOVED it. I like the name too but I feel a little disconnected to it as it doesn’t relate to my family in any way. I also feel like it’s a little trendy.
Which name do you prefer?

cCleo, but it does make me think of Ms Cleo’s psychic hotline.

@mousiegirl: I love Sienna, probably becuase I am not used to the name Cleo. Could you use both? One as a first and one as a middle?

@andielovesj: Yep, that’s what I think of too.

i like cleo because it’s way more unique AND has personal meaning to you. i think that’s lovely. Cleo Sienna would be pretty, depending on baby’s last name.

TO be honest, I’m not a big fan of either. And Cleo definitely makes me think of Miss Cleo!

I don’t know why but Cleo reminds me of Theo… and now I can’t stop picturing the Huxtables.
I think I still prefer Cleo over Sienna, though. Whatever floats your boat! 🙂

Ah…Cleo reminds of that Miss Cleo psyhic that advertised on TV!
So I’d have to go with Sienna for that reason. Probably why I have such a hard time thinking of names…they always remind me of something.

Cleo reminds me of a kitten’s name. Maybe because I’ve never heard of a human being named that?
So I pick Sienna.

Meh…not too fond of either.

It’s so hard! Luckily, we have many more months to choose and neither of us are dead set on these. I have a fairly unique but gorgeous (in my humble opinion 😉 name and I’d like to give a daughter similar style of name. SO HARD!!!
One of my all time favorites is Cerissa but I grew up with a girl named it, and that would be super awkward!!
Back to the drawing board 🙂
