I have a similar size stone set in platinum, no side stones and I love it! I like #4, but I kind of think the accent stones detract from the main stone In My Humble Opinion

I really like the classic look of #4 and how it would really showcase the unique cut of the asscher… but then I also love #5 because of all the bling!

I say either 4 or 5.  4 because a 3 stone will contrast well with the asscher, but for some reason im not totally sold on the rounds.  #5 is the best if you want sidestones like that.  I dont think the channel sides would work well.

    What was your original setting?

Oh my goodness, I absolutely LOVE the first setting!  Such a great view in profile, and it looks amazing with an asscher.

Setting #5 with the diamonds all over the shank will rub horribly against any wedding band. I voted for #3 because I like sets. They’re made to fit together, soldered or not, and the look is consistent. I have a unique engraving/milgrain detail on my e-ring, and my wedding band matches it perfectly.

I love the first one the best!!!  Asschers are such an amazing and beautiful stone, I think they should be adorned with smaller stones to make them stand out more!  A jeweler said this to me once and I thought she was crazy, but now I totally agree with her!!  FWIW, they’re ALL gorgeous so I don’t think there’s a wrong answer here LOL.

I think 4 or 5 would be best.
