Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb. It’s my regular perfume and one of the only ones I’ve found that I truly adore. I thought about getting something new and different for the wedding, but then I thought: hmmm, my whole look, from hair to makeup to dress, will be vastly different from how I look every day. Maybe I should keep my scent the same in order to avoid freaking FI out. 😉

Research what perfumes are best for use in the fall. Fragrances definitely can change with the seasons.

Mine is a summer wedding, so I am considering one of my two regulars: Stella by Stella McCartney or Cleopatra by Tocca. (I’m a floral girl!)

Consider whether you want to go floral, oriental, citrus, etc.

Oh, and also make sure what you pick is an EDP not an EDT. Eau de Parfum is more concentrated and has more lasting power than the Eau de Toilette. It’s more expensive, but it’s better quality.

I used Graciela by Tocca. It had notes of lily in it. Loved it!

I wore “See” by Chloe. Love it and it has since become my everyday perfume though I used to wear DKNY Be Delicious as my everyday perfume and still wear it occasionally.

I am a perfume addict!! I usually rotate between 5 different perfumes I love: Bleecker St, Brooklyn, & Wall St all by Bond No.9, Trish McEvoy Sexy 9 (DELICIOUS! Must smell!), and Lolita Lempicka. For our wedding day, I wanted something I never had before-something very clean and light smelling, but had staying power. I ultimately fell in love with Eau De Cartier. I got a HUGE 6.7fl oz bottle from Bloomingdale’s for $120-it’ll definitely last me years. I’m trying so hard not to wear it til our wedding day. FI absolutely loves it, and he’s usually very anti-perfume. I admit I wore it during my first bridal fitting and when we picked up wedding bands :-X

I switch around between scents, but I’m planning on wearing Clinique Aromatique (it is one I own already).  I think it’s lovely and elegant while still being warm.  I’ve gotten soo many compliments wearing this scent.

I wore Alien by Thierry Mugler. I bought this perfume specifically for the wedding trip (destination) and now I wear it exclusively for special/romantic moments between my husband and I. I wore it on our honeymoon and other vacations we’ve taken, romantic dinners, his birthday, etc.

I really love this perfume. To me it smells sexy, mysterious, rich, and warm. It is like the alter ego to my everyday scents, which even though they still have the “warm” aspect they usually linger on the sweet side (vanilla, sugar, etc.).

On our special day I am wearing what I normally wear as well. Dole & Gabanna’s The One or Katy Perry’s Killer Queen. They are both soft and sweet without being even remotely overpowering. I want my FI to get really close to me in order to smell me! YUM!

cazza87:  eau de sweat. No but really ours will be an outdoor summer wedding so I’m not wearing anything (I also never wear perfume because of my allergies). I would be too afraid of a giant bee attacking me while walking down the aisle!
