I’m curious, ladies… what/which rings do you wear/ plan to wear after you’re married? Your engagement ring + wedding band? Only wedding band? No ring at all? What made you decide?
If you are already married, let us know how long you’ve been married.

I decided about a week ago, after being married about 6 1/2 months that I no longer want to wear my engagement ring and am just wearing my wedding band — i like its simplicity… plus I’m not constantly being hung up on something! Love that.

We have been married for 11 days, and I wear both; actually I wear 3 rings because my ering came with 2 rings. I plan to always wear them together, and this weekend we are going to the jeweler to have the wedding ring tacked to the ering set.

i figured I’d miss an option — more than two rings! Ooops!

I’m married for 3 1/2 years and wear both my engagement ring and wedding band together. I plan on always wearing both. I loved the way my e-ring looked by itself, but once I put the band with it, it just enhanced it. The only way I’m not wearing both together is if I can’t get em on my fingers anymore!

Currently I am not wearing ANY rings because I am pregnant and my hands are too swollen. After I have the baby I will go back to wearing my e-ring and 2 wedding bands.

I wear my ering on my left, and my weddingband on my right. I prefer erings solo. Mine also has diamonds on the actual side (not the top next to the main stone) so I don’t want them getting worn down. Plus, my ering is SO much nicer than my weddingband, so I don’t really dig the way they look together, and since they won’t be soldered, I find it kind of annoying to have them spinning separately.

Married 42 days and couldn’t imagine not wearing both. I designed my e-ring and am unabashedly in love with it, and love the way it looks with my wedding band, so I won’t be separating the two or not wearing them anytime soon.
The stones are tourmalines, so I never feel like they’re too much for everyday wear, and quite honestly my finger just doesn’t feel whole without both my rings on there.

I will wear both of mine together, one, because that’s how I believe personally that they should be worn once I’m married and two, because we chose a wrap for my ring so I wouldn’t have much choice. But, even if we hadn’t I would be wearing them together always.

30 years and only wear them when I go out…on seperate hands.

I think my ering looks better with the wedding band… I can’t wait to wear them both… and since they were both super expensive I always will wear both. =)

I’ve been married almost 9 months and wear both. I fully intend to wear both until death do us part too (I take them off for exercise, showering, etc – but I never just wear one or the other).
@Crisark: I’m with you in that I believe personally that they should be worn together now that I’m married. Guess I’m traditional and sentimental like that!

I only wear my wedding band. I put my engagement ring on if I get dressed up for an occasion or a nice dinner or something but that’s maybe only a couple times a year. I’ve been married over a year.

I plan to wear only wedding band, for this reason I asked Fiance not to buy me an e-ring. most of my married friends only wear their wedding band, because its more practical and looks better on its own most of the time

Mine is a wrap so really it makes my ring look and feel like one. So I wear them both.
