    My RSVP card was written the same as your option #1 and I can’t even count the number of people that put a check mark instead of inital beside the food choice. I had to follow up with the majority of guests to figure out which person ‘checked’ the chicken vs veggie.

    Does your option #2 have a box to check if they decline?

    RSVP 1 makes much more sense but I understand both of them.

    I voted for one, but then i read Pink Asawa response and realised that will probally make more work for you in the end.  i would do a combo of both cards

    I understand them both, but I think it would be best to combine them.
