I'm all for comfort... the Kate Spade pair looks super cute AND comfortable. The 2nd pair is cute too, but it looks like those would need to be taken off soon after the dancing starts.
I vote for comfort, too. I prefer #2, but for me it would come down to how my feet feel about them.
I think I'd have to see a picture of your dress to make an informed decision :) Both pairs are adorable, but one might go better with your dress??? Just based on the shoes themselves, I LOVE the first ones...they're adorbable :)
I LOVE the second pair, but I voted for #1 because they look super cute and are probably WAY more comfortable. I am all about comfort for my feet... I get cranky when my feet hurt. But I think I am changing into flats for my reception.
I voted one.. I have a pair similar to this that just have a higher heal and they are different brand. But they are comfortable. I tried on some that are like the second pair and though they look so cute, they feel funnt to walk in due to the platform..I know that it is small, but that little thing made a HUGE difference.
Also, just throwing it out there, if you arelooking to save money in this area, davids bridal actually has a lot of similar shoes to those you have picked. That is where I got mine and I love them. and they were on sale from 60.00 to 36ish after tax!
I went with #2- just try to break them in REALLY well, ie, even to go get the mail and things like that. Wear them at least once a week, for a lon as you can stand it.
I loved the second one, so elegant!! ... lovely :)
I love the second pair, and you'll still be at least a couple inches shorter than your hubby, so I wouldn't worry. =)
That said, if it was me, I'd be terrified of tripping, my heels sinking into the grass, or my feet killing me. As such, I personally would probably choose the kitten heels. But if you're comfortable in tall ones, go for it! They're so sexy, just like Miss French Bulldog said!
I went for #1. I tried shoes on like #2 and they really were too much for me in the end. They KILLED my feet. #1, as others have pointed out, looks comfortable and sexy. That'll be important when you're talking about hours on your feet. Let us know what you choose!!!
the second shoe is way hotter, but if you dont want to be taller than him, def get the first shoe. you'll be wearing a long dress so creating that great leg line that the higher heel would isn't as neccesary (im a short girl, so i always go with the higher heel).
what you SHOULD do is buy both shoes and change into the higher heel for your after party with a great cocktail dress!
#2 are gorgeous.... but i went with gorgeous and took off my shoes as soon as I got to the reception...
so go with comfort! (just my 2 cents) ;)
i love the bow on the kate spade shoes, they are just so adorable... and look like you'll be able to dance the night away in them too... which is always a bonus!
I like both! get both! just kidding!
Depends on what look your going for...Kate Spade for romantic glamour, The Grazia's if you want some bling...but how does your dress look like?
Honestly my Grazia's that I bought are more comfortable that my Kate Spades so either for comfort...But Belissima has a terrible return policy! Read carefully before you buy!
I'm all about blling, so I picked #2. However, the heel height on the first pair would probably make it easier for you to actually wear them all night. My wedding shoes weren't even that high, but by the time I was at the reception I had taken them off.
I vote for #2! And I think they would be more comfy than #1 because of the slight platform. The platforn would also accomodate any cushioning you wanted to put in bc your foot won't slope forward as much. It will also absorb some shock from being on your feet all day, where as with the Kate Spade shoes, there's just a small bit of shoes between your foot and the floor, so it puts more stress on your ankle, even though the heel is lower.
I guess it also depends how comfortable you are in heels. I wear 3-4 inch heels everyday, so I'm going strictly by my own experience, not by any scientific data!
#2 for sure. They're gorgeous. Like others have said, just make sure to break them in!
such a hard decison love them both but I would go for comfort. So #1
I voted for two because I almost bought them myself I love them so much! But I ended up doing strappy sandals. I think the 2nd ones are the best BUT if you are not trying to be as tall as him, the 1st ones might be the better choice.
I think 1 is really cute and would be more comfortable, so I voted one. The second pair seems very high and I'm afraid might get a little uncomfortable to wear all day.
Do you have a photo of your dress so we can compare? I'm voting for #1, even though #2 is fabulous! I wonder if your feet can make it all night in those babies?
I think the kate spade's are cuter, you won't be as tall, and they will be more comfortable to wear all day!
Sounds like a win win!

My hubby is 6'1 and I am 5'6
I LOVE heels but I really don't want to be taller or the same height as him.
I miiiight order both and then return the pair I don't like as much.
