I can't decide! They're all gorgeous. I think if I was picking just on prettiness alone, I'd say the purple Kate Spade ones.
i could totally be biased since they were the first shoe i saw, but i think the blue shoe goes absolutely perfectly with your dress!
I think they would all look awesome with your dress. I'm torn between the blue ones and the silver ones!
I think the blue ones would be awesome! They're all pretty though, so you can't really go wrong!
@Chillmer: I know! Aren't they so pretty? My only concern with those is that the slingback might get stretched out after a few hours/days of use. And I'm planning on wearing whatever shoes I get regularly after the wedding, so I would hate for them to start to slip off my foot.
@missy, @MissAsB, @OttawaBride: the thing I love about the blue ones is that they would be my something blue! :)
@Tulip: I love the silver ones also, and I think my bridesmaids are wearing silver shoes as well, so we would match, which would be cute in pictures...or is it better for my shoes to be different? Hmm..
the navy/blue ones are gorgeous!!! what brand/designer makes those? Those are to die for! Nice find!
I love the navy ones! I love the broach on them, and like you said, great idea for your something blue! 
I may be biased... but I love those blue shoes! I think they'd be perfect with your dress.
Oooh, I love the blue ones. I think the way the fabric is slightly gathered ties in perfectly with the top of your dress.

So it looks like the blue shoes are the winners so far... Of course, those are the most expensive!

I'm gonna be a spolier and say the purple Kate Spade ones are amazing. They are just so incredibly chic and work beautifully with your dress. I think I'm going to have to get them for myself :)

I don't like the blue ones at all! Ha... how funny, everyone else loves them. I don't like the brooch on the toe, and I don't like the color very much. To me the Stuart Wetzmans look like shoes you would wear to prom... not your wedding.
I like the purple ones (especially the woven ball detail on the toe) but I LOVE THE SILVER ONES. They are so classic, Old Hollywood glamour. The silver shoes are timeless and elegant. Love them.
I may be bias towards the color blue but the first one looks so spectacular next to the dress picture! I think they were made for that dress :)
I am in the minority on this - but I am not usually a fan of the dark-colored shoe with a white dress; I think it detracts from the elegance somehow, and your dress is so sleek and sexy I feel like those blue shoes just don't look right. Plus, i LOVE LOVE LOVE the silver ones - I would pick those over the other two regardless of the bridal setting. I may be biased though, cuz my shoes are silver too :)
