Maybe arrange the night so that there are some other things inbetween the dances like the bouquet toss/ garter toss? At my wedding we did the husband/wife dance then the bridal party dance THEN the parents dances. If you did it like that people might not even realize that there were two elvis songs...and either way they will be too busy watching you dance to pick it apart :) Good luck!
