Okay, I’ve got it narrowed down to three wedding bands that I like to pair with my solitaire from BlueNile.
My ring (it’s not yellow, it’s just the lighting from my mom’s kitchen):
I like the curved miligrain band because I like the idea of the band sitting flush against my solitaire for the most part. I like a gap, but I prefer a gap that looks intentional.
I like the pave band because I think it’s a good price for the carat weight, as well as the simplicity would be really beautiful.
And lastly, I like the twisted band because it was what I originally pictured with a solitaire, and really like it’s standalone beauty.
What would you pick? Why? Post your solitaires with the band you chose.

I personally thought I would love the infinity band with my solitaire, but it just did NOT look right. I did find an infinity band without gaps between the twists, and I liked that a lot better, but I ultimately chose:
It’s a channel set round diamond band, to match my round solitaire. Perfect with my ring, perfect by itself.

I voted half eternity. I also love the infinity band, but the simplicity wins. I have a similar e-ring and chose a wedding band like the pave one you posted… I just got it so no pics yet, but I just love the look.

@onceinalifetime122113: ya, that’s why I’ve since wanted something simpler. it just didn’t catch my eye the same way.
@Almost Mrs.P: ooh! please post pics or PM me when you get it 🙂

@MargaritaVille: I like both 1 and 2.

I like #2. I think #1 is pretty but you couldn’t wear it alone. #3 is very trendy, IMO and I am not sure if you would still love it in 30 years, if that is important to you. #2 is classic and beautiful with your lovely soliaire.
