I like option 1 better, but to be honest, I don’t love the thought of either one with your ring.  Your ring is delicate and romantic, and I don’t think the channel set bands really fit with that.  I love that style of band with round solitaires, but for some reason I’m not feeling it with the heart.  A delicate shared prong band would look great.  Maybe something like this?

If you really like the channel set, maybe something with less metal showing?

@BetterSherm:  I’m with you on not liking the pave bands 🙂 I like your second option – definitely more unique!

I had a channel set ring about the same size as that one for a few days — I ended up taking it back because out of the store lighting, I just didn’t seem to get the same “sparkle” from it and felt like I noticed each diamond looking more separate if that makes sense 🙂

Option 2 looks it would highlight the ring better. But both are beautiful. I chose option 2 bc of this and bc its so unique and I like being different.

@Missus_LLC:  I think something like the ring you posted would definitely look better with her ring.

your e-ring will look best with something more delicate than the ones you linked to.

@BetterSherm:  You’re engagement ring is so pretty. I love hearts. I honestly don’t think any of the 2 bands you posted compliment your engagement ring in the right way. I agree it should be something a bit more delicate. The one that @abirdword is nice but like you said you would need to try it on. I am receiving my engagement ring. It is also a heart shaped solitaire but I opted for a plain band.

If you like vintage, maybe this would be an option?

@BetterSherm:  I see. Then I think you answered your own question. If you like #2 then maybe you can order it and if you don’t like it you can keep searching. Looks like you already know what you want Smile
