Our cake will be four teared with 3 flavors, so different flavors for different teirs is great, and adds varity for your guests.  I picked spice cake, because I can’t eat coconut (alergic) and pinapple pecan just seems really strange to me.

I picked spice cake because I know so many people who dont like coconut or cream cheese. Cinnamon is usually a crowd pleaser. Although I think all sound yummy

They all sound amazing. I wish I could taste them lol. I agree with SparkleBee that spice cake would be a safe bet, as a lot of people do like it. But you could do the two flavor idea and choose spice and then whichever one you like more. I personally love coconut so that might be my second.

They all sound very overpowering. I’m with Option 4 – None of the above.

If you are having guests, if any have nut alergies, you might not want the first 2 and make sure the 3rd does not have any either.

I would go with either the pineapple pecan or the spice one. I think both sound good, but you have to be careful with the pecans for allergies

Since I don’t like pineapple, coconut,or lime in cakes then out of the three I would go with spice cake.  Honestly, though, none of them sound good to me.

Sorry, I’ll have to agree and say I don’t really like any of the options, they all sound like very strong flavors. It’s hard to say without tasting them. Since you are getting married in Mexico, a tres leches cake would be fitting. They are absolutely delicious- I make them all the time as it’s SO favorite dessert- and I’ve never met anyone who doesn’t like it

erw4338:  I’d say Pineapple Pecan. I love coconut but the lime buttercream threw me.

erw4338:  I love all threee flavors but I know lots of people that don’t like coconut or pecans so the spice cake is probably your best bet.

those all sounds AMAZING. we are doing different flavors for each tier, so i think you should do that so that you can have 2 flavors. 🙂

erw4338:  I voted for the pineapple pecan because I’m obsessed with pineapple and cream cheese frosting is glorious. I’m not sold on the pecans though. My second choice would be the spice cake because it sounds different. I love coconut, but that would be my last choice because we were just at a wedding with lemon buttercream and it totally overpowered the rest of the cake, so I’d worry about that happening with the lime.
