My boyfriend and I have decided to get a moissanite wedding set. But I am really torn between this two. Which one do you like better?
Round Moissanite & Diamond
I like this one because it is fresh and modern
Round Brilliant Petite Pave
I like this one because it has a vintage-y and delicate look

Vintage!!!! The high setting is so elegant. The stones on the shank are more defined too. A high set stone with weight might make your ring spin lots though…something to think about. But I love the look of it better!
My jeweler has told me that stones on the basket like that model has are very prone to falling out. Another thing to look into!
My ring has a low setting in a basket and it still spins but it’s much better than if I had gotten a high setting with no anchor:

I don’t love the band on the second one, but I love the E ring on it. I voted for the first one though. Timeless.

Thank you both for your comments. Lots of things to consider. I love the second one, but i don’t want my tiny stones falling!! But I guess that can happen with the first set too… So hard to choose!
By the way, @NikkyS, that is a lovely ring, I love how it reflects the golden tones!!

I love the second one. I normally am not a big fan of halo but since the halo is sort of below the diamond (if that makes sense), it looks very unique yet vintage at the same time.

I personally love the second one! I love the detail on the setting, and the center seems to stand out more on that one as well. Both are lovely though!

I love the look of the second one! I am a fan of vintage rings and most people don’t have them anymore so I think it makes it a little more unique now.

My ring is the second one, but the cushion cut version. So I vote #2 :] Don’t have it yet, so I can’t post pictures but I’M SO EXCITED to see it irl lol
ETA: I’m not getting the matching band though, I’ve really liked the look of mismatched sets so I’ll most likely go that route

The second one gets my vote. It is simply stunning.

The first. I have seen real pics of the second, and I don’t love it. Also, the band is so thin it is not going to hold up to a lifetime of usage.
Sorry for being a downer. Under 2 mm bands ( I think this one is 1.4?)are just not durable, especially when the diamonds are set that way.

Welcome to the hive girl and congrats on your engagement!!! I like the second one but I would be nervous about the pave stones. I dont have pave but I have heard of bees losing stones alot. Good luck girl and keep us posted!!
