so we met with our caterer the other night and have decided to have 4 (yes 4) options. Guests will have to preselect on the RSVP. I’m just curious what the bee would choose! All options come with fingerling potatoes, and roasted local vegetables

@MsGinkgo: What are the choices?
Post # 4
@eecuadrado: sorry, the poll didn’t work the first time, it’s there now!

@MsGinkgo: Tough choice. People with beef are usually the happiest with their choice in my experience.

Probably either beef or salmon but it’s hard for me to pick without knowing how they’re prepared.
I’m not a big chicken fan so I’d pass on that.

@kes18: I don’t remember the exact preparation but I won’t be including a full description on the RSVP which is why I didn’t put a ton of details on the poll. I wanted to know what the response to this info would be 🙂

@FauxBoho: funny – I always go with chicken. I’m never happy with the way beef is prepared.

Beef first, then chicken. Hate fish!

@MsGinkgo: Some people do not eat red meat (I wouldn’t!) so I think it is awesome that you are offering all these choices!

Chicken is so easy to mess up, so I rarely choose that. Beef, even when a little over cooked can still be tasty. That was my choice.

i think you should offer a brief description. Id be bummed if I choose chicken and it was stuffed with cheese or something (i’m allergic).
I’d choose the fish.

@MsGinkgo: I always choose beef and have them cook it rare (which usually comes out mid rare, my prefered choide). If the food stinks, I load up on rolls and beer.
Post # 16
@MrsBudz2Bee: we may not have this choice depending on numbers, that’s a detail we have yet to work out. Typicall they cook it all mid-rare (most people’s preference) and they can further cook for those who prefer it.
