We have been thinking about it a lot and we didnt feel that our menu was "us". we are changing it up a bit but we are having a hard time choosing what we want to change our main course to. we want items people will love and things that are truely food we enjoy. Please be honest here, what would you rather eat as a main course at a wedding?

Personally I would prefer the lamb as it's my favourite meat.  The issue I have with fish as a dish option is that fish is very light and as the party goes on guests will feel empty quite quickly.

My second choice would be the first chicken.  I love olives and personally i would prefer to eat the other chicken, but it's a Love or Hate food and I feel the Chicken with mushroom and sweet potato will appeal to more people.

Griddled Salmon with Lime & Chilli Butter- yum!

I know alot of people don't really like salmon though. The roasted chicken sounds like the safest bet.

I'm so bad.  I'm a really picky eater and probably wouldn't eat any of the above.  :(  I might try the lamb over anything though.

I like the lamb because it's not something you see at every wedding.  So many weddings have chicken, beef and fish (and often they are very "meh").  It depends on your crowd, though!  Are they very traditional?  Plus, have you tasted the food there to make sure you like those options?

I didn't vote for the one I would most like to eat, but I did choose the one that might have the most universal appeal. Chicken is always the best bet for a meat, since the most people like it. I think the mustard one might be too strong for some people. The mushroom one has the greatest appeal, although I know plenty of people who don't like mushrooms.

I think all four are wonderful, but I realize that all four have something that many people don't like (mushrooms, salmon, olives, lamb).

I think your safest bet would be the roasted chicken. Is there any chance that you could offer two meals to choose from?

It all sounds delicious! I chose the first chicken dish, though, because it seems most hearty. Take into consideration that your guests will probably be drinking quite a bit, and they'll want a filling meal to offset the alcohol

I would love any of these options! I am such a foodie and love trying new things. I voted for the first chicken one only because it seemed to be the one that more people would like. Some people don't like fish or olives....but if you try to please everyone then you'll end up with chicken nuggets and fries! I think all of your options sound amazing.

The salmon sounds delish, but if fish is over cooked it can be gross, so I wouldn't mess with that. I chose the first chicken option, it seems like one that would be most popular with guests, as in most people will enjoy. Alot of people don't like lamb, or olives.

I would vote for the first chicken dish, but only if it didn't have mushrooms.  I hate mushrooms.

Lamb is tasty, but I also know that not everyone likes it. I agree that the first option has the most potential for universal appeal.

I'd have any of them but went with the chicken and sweet potatoes. You made my mouth water! haha!

I'm picky and unadventurous.  I keep trying to like fish but I don't so salmon would be rough for me.  I haven't tried lamb and I don't know that I would,  I'm weird about eating new meat.  I also hate olives and mushrooms haha but like chicken flavored with mushrooms so I would scrape them off and order the first dish!  Hopefully your guests aren't as insane as I am when it comes to dietary limitations.

the first option is most definitely the best option, in my opinion. safest, too. in case you have picky eaters at the wedding.

I don't eat fish or lamb - I'm pretty much just a chicken eater, so I chose the first of the chicken dishes. I also don't like olives so I didn't like that chicken option. I feel like the first one is the safest choice.
