Instead of comparing yourself to others, see this as an opportunity to learn from others, share ideas or steal ideas as the case may be :).  At the end of the day being married to the man you love is what matters most.

No one’s wedding is the same. Some people have rustic weddings, some people have extravagant black tie weddings. Just like all of us, weddings are totally unique to our personalities and what we like. Your and your fiance’s wedding will be gorgeous because it will be YOURS!

Don’t feel bad that you can’t do the DIY that someone else mastered that is difficult. We all have our talents, and it’s no reason to get upset hon. The only expectation that anyone should have for your wedding is that you have a beautiful, magical day that you will remember for the rest of your life. Just focus on having a great time and marrying your best friend, everything else will fall into place. 🙂

Nope, I think it helped that I’m more traditional and less trendy though.  I think it has encourage me to step up my game if I ever host any type of shower though!

I found this site after all my planning was done. I don’t have a creative bone in my body, so no, nothing would have changed for me.

Honestly I have yet to see anything here that I really envy.

Yes, because I’m a waiting bee. Mostly I’m so excited for everyone, but I sometimes I want it to be my turn. The benefits far outweigh the bad though

I certainly enjoy looking at other weddings but I’m very happy with how my wedding has fallen into place. I just remind myself that I don’t really remember anyone else’s wedding so I won’t feel bad if mine is super unique or special. What matters to me is that our guests have a good meal and have fun and that FI and I end up married.
