I think that would be fine, and would allow him to stand out from the groomsmen. I always find it so hard to tell which guy is the groom in the group photos!
I've seen weddings in which the groom wears white and the groomsmen wear black. So I think it's fine.
I absolutely LOVE the idea of you and FH in white and the attendants in black. The photos will be stunning!
That sounds gorgeous! Go for it! I've seen the groom only in white too. I think it shows nice solidarity with the bride, personally.

I have my heart set on having my groom in a white dinner jacket, a la Humphrey Bogart, for our outdoor cocktail reception in early June. However, unless you want a Havana Nights-inspired 100% polyester one, white dinner jackets must be purchased, not rented.
I don't feel that I can ask my groomsmen to buy dinner jackets, so my questions is: Can I have my groom buy his white dinner jacket and then have all the groomsmen in normal black tuxes? My bridesmaids are in black cocktail dresses, so it would be an all-black wedding party and the groom and myself in white.
Thank you!!!
