I plan on wearing white to the rehearsal dinner!! I am pretty sure a lot of brides do! :-)
I think white is a great idea! It lets people know who the bride is since the attention should be on you. But besides that, there are a lot of cute white dresses and we don't often get the chance to wear them.
Lots of brides wear white for their rehearsal dinner! It's totally fine - unless YOU want to save white for the next day.
I think ivory would be great. I've seen a lot of brides do it so even if there was an old rule not to do it I don't think it exists anymore.
I *tried* to wear ivory, but the backordered dress never came. Instead I wore a silk chocolate dress from j crew I got on a super clearance.
i'm planning on wearing my mother's wedding dress (with lots of modifications) to our rehearsal dinner! it's not bad luck at all in my opinion :)

Go for it! I plan to wear white/ivory for my rehersal dinner too (although I might change my mind as we're having a BBQ and BBQ sauce and white do not mix!). I think it sets you apart as the reason everyone is celebrating and, as someone said, how often in our lives do we get a chance to wear a beautiful white dress? Not enough!
Totally up to you but I say go for it! I wore a cute white dress with a little yellow cardigan and yellow shoes. You're the bride, live it up while you can :)
I'm wearing an ivory dress for my rehearsal and chose it specifically for the color. So, I think it's fine!

I got a really cute white (actually ivory) dress from Macy's.com that I was thinking of wearing for the rehearsal dinner. Any thoughts on wearing white for the rehearsal or should I 'save the white' for the wedding? Didn't know if this was against tradition or bad luck or anything like that.....
