Whomever was giving you crap about wearing a white dress in winter? They’re nuts. you’ll look absolutely gorgeous. Looks like you’re in AL, so I assume no snow, but still. People are dumb. Don’t give it a second thought!! Tell that person you’ll wear a lime green dress in winter if you feel like it.

Ugh. My FMIL said something similar. I went with Diamond white because it looks better on me, but I’m still determined to show her that ANYONE can wear white WHATEVER time of year. Boo on nay-sayers.

I think that you are MORE than okay wearing your white gown in winter. I can’t believe anyone would think to say that?? I mean, it is a wedding dress….it is going to be white!!! I can’t really tell the difference between ivory, white, diamond white, etc. They are all shades of white so you have NOTHING to worry about.
