@AngelaNDave:  Wow, that’s despicable. I’m so glad you got your money back.

Glad to hear that you got your money back, and thank you for sharing your experience.  I had been eyeing that site but was concerned about the lack of reviews, Facebook page, etc.  Best of luck in your dress hunt.

I’m sorry to hear about your experience! I purchased Allure 8764 from Kassie last year and had an excellent experience with my dress arriving exactly as described and in great condition (sample dress). Kassie was great to work with and I’ve served as a reference for her on a few occassions.

Wishing you good luck on your dress hunt 🙂 the style gown you chose is gorgeous.

I’m sorry things didn’t work out for you!

I had a pleasant experience with White Organza. From what I can tell, the site sells mainly sample gowns. I purchased the Jim Hjelm 8218 gown a couple months ago. When I asked where the dress came from, Kassie was forthright in letting me know it was a sample dress purchased from a bridal salon in San Diego. The dress was in great condition, except for a very minor place on the lace that simply needed to be tacked down again. Kassie was very prompt to answer my emails (and many many questions) and even spoke to me on the phone before I purchased the dress. Since I had tried the dress on a couple times in a local bridal salon (which I absolutely recommend before buying a dress online), I could verify that the dress was the same quality (down to the tiny beads and sequins) and not a replica. I’d say if you have doubts about buying online, ask lots of questions, and ask for photos of the actual dress you’ll be receiving.

Im sorry to hear about your experience. I also had a very good experience with White Organza.  I had tried on a Jim Hjelm Bridal style 8307 at a nearby bridal salon and got a much better price from Kassie’s site. She was very professional, informative and prompt to respond to any questions I had.  She even offered to Skype with the dress to ensure the authenticity and that I was satisfied with the quality of the gown.  The dress arrived and was exactly as pictured and was the exact gown I had tried on a month earlier.  I had my doubts about making such a large and important purchase online but it worked out great and I would recommend White Organza to others.

I’m sorry you had a bad experience but I purchased my dress through White Organza and I had a wonderful experience so I thought I should share.

I bought my dress from Kassie the owner of White Organza. I bought a Watters dress which retails in the store for $2150 and I bought it through White Organza for $800. I was nervous about buying a dress online because you always hear the horror stories. I used escrow.com which is an amazing and secure website, which made me feel better about making such an important purchase online. With the terms I set up with Kassie I only really had shipping and handling to lose and a lot to gain if the dress was perfect.
Kassie was amazing! She sent me more pictures that I requested because I wanted to make sure she actually had the dress in the pictures. She sent me close ups of the areas I requested and answered all my questions about the dress. She was so helpful and put the dress aside for me until I was back from vacation and able to be home to receive the dress.
I can understand why ladies would be nervous to purchase a dress online, I totally was. My dress is NOT a replica, it is the real gown. I know because I tried this gown on in the store and have many pictures to compare. If it wasn’t for Kassie I would’ve had to pay full price for my gown and would’ve had to cut the budget somewhere else to make up for it.
My friends all love my dress and are extremely impressed with the amount of money I saved. Many of them are getting married (we are at that age…) and I told them find the dress you love and then will be checking with Kassie to see if she has that dress in stock.
Kassie was amazing to work with and I am so pleased with the experience.

All the people saying they have had a great experience all write in EXACTLY the same way, and all have less than 1 post to their name. Flagging for mods.

@Miss Leopard:  Beat me to it.  That’s not suspicious AT ALL.

@AngelaNDave:  Hope you find your dress again and you’re the one who gets to trash it!

I actually have four posts, and they’re all about the Jim Hjelm dress I ended up buying. I’m real, and I really did purchase my beautiful dress at White Organza. If you want, check out this post from months ago where I’m asking people about the Jim Hjelm dress.

@AngelaNDave: I know how important your wedding dress is, and I hope you were able to find a replacement!
