I’ve been thinking about writing a thank you note to my BMs for being such great friends that I will give them with their BM gift…
… but then I thought maybe I should write a note to my parents for putting on the wedding.
…and mybe my FILs since I’m joining the family
…and then maybe my grandparents…
And then I thought, is a note enough?
Should I give them gifts too? So now I’m driving myself crazy and wondering what you all think!

- Wedding: October 2014 - Legare Waring House
I’ll be getting gifts for all my girls, we’ll get something for his guys, and both sets of parents. We are also going to buy a gift for our photographer. (he’s a friend, but also a photographer by trade, and is doing our wedding for free.)
More may come up, but that’s probably it.

Gifts & thank you notes for the moh, bm’s & gm. Also getting a gift for my dad & stepmom. They have been trying to help with whatever they can. My dad wants to be super involved. He even offered to come to the florist appointment with me! Fi thinks is because when my sister got married she’d just ask for money & didn’t involve him.

We’re writing thank-you notes to everyone that comes to the wedding/gives us a gift, but special mention will go to…
- Parents (his and mine)
- Caterer (family friend)
- Celebrant (family friend)
We’re considering getting a gift for my parents, because they’re hosting the wedding in their own backyard and have put a lot of time and effort into how things are coming together.
