I highly recommend Carmine from Flowers by Emil. He was very creative, provided great suggestions and came in UNDER budget for us. We wanted to stay with in season flowers to keep costs down and went with a monochromatic theme. He suggested red and orange dhalias and I loved them! Carmine even threw in all the boutinierres for the groomsmen, groom, fathers and brothers for free. Also we changed the centerpiece design about 3 weeks before the wedding and he had no problems. Everything looked wonderful, was delivered on time. Carmine always put together a big bouquet for us at each mock-up meeting (we had 2 mock-ups, but I think most people only have one).
