Oh bellenga...mine is totally Princess Di also....I totally remember watching it on tv.
I agree w/ LNickle, Grace Kelly is #1. Very classic. I can't get over Princess Di's 80's sleeves
Audrey Hepburn and or Grace Kelly. I think I always see Audrey Hepburn in her dress from Funny Face more then her actual wedding dress. I also think Gwen Stafani look soooooo pretty.
@happilywaiting: My mom says that all the time!!
Hehehe ok I'll stop now...I found a white hair the other day, so I'll be right along with you in a year or so...
My fave bride...Charlotte from SATC. So pretty!!
Charlotte was pretty too.
I was very young. My sis and I were on vacation with my grandparents in Destin, FL. (this is a defining moment to me from childhood) I remember my grandmother (she's the one who is having the 70th anniversary this summer btw) telling me and sis that the beautiful Princess to be from England, the lady who was a kindergarten teacher was marrying the Prince of England and that we should all watch it and have a tea party reception for her! It was kinda stormy (in the summer) that day and so we went to the grocery and I remember finding and picking out all kind of crazy stuff for our tea party reception. We got streamers, balloons, and I remember asking the bakery lady if she had a cake so we could watch the princess get married. She laughed and said lots of little girls had wanted a cake that day. So she got us a white sheet cake and decorated it and stuck a cinderella on it. Then we got Pepperidge Farms Danish wedding cookies. They are gross btw.
Anyway, we set up a card table in the living room (we always brought one on family vacation) and decorated it with the cake, cookies, streamers and balloons. Then we made tea (cause to kids like us that's what we assumed people from England drank!) and got dressed up. We all sat down and watched her. I was blown away. I remember that my grandma said she messed up the super long name of the Not-So as it turned out Prince Charming during their vows.
Geez I miss her. She was somebody I watched growing up and I guess she was my favorite. Not as gorgeous imho as Princess Grace, but she was lovely and a good mom. After their divorce I went team Di 100 percent. And always wished I could have seen her live to remarry and have another happy day as she deserved so much.
Now I AM an encore, but I swear..the UGLIEST bride (mean of me I am sure but I am honest) encore was Camilla. Uggggggh! But, let's NOT go down that road..let's stick to who we thought was the coolest bride ever!
I actually thought Camilla looked very beautiful, and her hat rocked.
I vote Grace Kelly or Jackie O...
There is something so elegant about all that lace and a Catholic wedding!
Touche DG! I forgot about Jackie O! I loved her too! And it would seem that Carolyn Bessette Kennedy had great style just as her MIL did. So sad thought..I wanted Camelot to rebuild!
I MIGHT have liked Camilla better and that hat and all it not for um...well you all know.
As Princess Di once said, "There were 3 of us in this marriage, so it was a bit crowded."
So I guess I'm not ever gonna be on team Camilla.
As far as celebs go, I think Nicole Kidman was a gorgeous encore bride! She and Keith are so adorable!
Grace Kelly and Jackie when she married JFK - such beautiful, classic, and elegant looking brides.
Grace Kelly- you could hold that exact wedding again today and every single thing would be perfect. She and her wedding are timeless!
Grace Kelly is definitely timeless but Princess Di gets the vote for best fantasy princessey wedding ever! Man that train on that dress was insane!
I do have to admit that I was a little obsessed with Jessica Simpson's marriage to Mr. Lachey. I loved most everything she did and I even bought the wedding book! Such a shame it didn't last! I think it was the wrong time in their lives!
I'm going to break the mold and say Ivanka Trump. I also liked Tori Spelling (in her first marriage) and Jessica Simpson (in that order).
Of course, I'm commenting on them as brides only...not sure if I like them otherwise.
grace kelly, princess di, Jackie Kennedy.. jackie kennedy's dress can even be worn today its so timeless

Mine is a tie. Maybe it's because I was a little girl, but I loved Princess Diana. I was very small when i watched it on tv, but she was just so magical to watch her and that mile long train! My other favorite bride was Princess Grace.
Close third was Carolyn Bessette Kennedy.
