I gained 10 pounds- coupled with the 15 I needed to lose I’m up to 25 pounds overweight!!
Tomorrow it’s Zumba and no soda! Who else is kicking it back into high gear?
edit: all the extra sugar I’ve been eating has effected my math skills:p

I’m onboard! But I am going to wait until the new year. We are traveling this next week to see some family and I don’t want to have to worry about food yet… but after the new year… this girl is gettin in shape!

Me too! I think Ia consumed an entire half of a lasagna over the past 3 days, and the only exercise I got was lifting the clicker. Game (back) on tomorrow!!

Meee tooooo!!!! I didn’t gain too much but I completely stopped losing weight and had really needed to lose during the holidays (like that was going to happen.) I’m skipping the whole “wait till new years” thing and am beginning up again tomorrow. My wedding is in May as well. We can do this!!!

when I first got engaged I was on a gym/diet kick. I lost all the weight I wanted, was at my goal weight and felt great….two years later, and I’m up 20lbs and nowhere near where I thought I would be before we got married…(good thing I didn’t buy a dress when I was 5 sizes smaller) I have only a month and a half, and I want to kick start my weight loss again..but it’s xmas, then new years..I can’t win.

I gained 5. 🙁 I at least still fit into all my new clothes but I am trying to get back down, the most important piece of clothing I have to fit into is that dress! I am going to try to drop 10 pounds or more to ensure I fit in that thing!

I gained a bit but I’m back down 2 pounds as of this morning… overall I’d like lose about 15, and I gained 5 pounds recently. (I USED to want to lose 10 pounds. Now it’s 15 :/)
Wondering if it’s pathetic that I’m encouraged by seeing 2 pounds less on the scale today. I marvel over the psychological significance of the change in that tens digit.

I kind of went off the deep end. I just realized that I drank a 2 liter of Diet Coke a day for the past 3 days! I’m starting to freak out because I realized my wedding is in 4.5 months and I haven’t lost the 15 (now 20) lbs I wanted to lose!

I made 6lbs of fudge to share with Future In-Laws. There were 4 couples, counting us, and one child. I came home with the ENTIRE FREAKING PAN. Most of it is in the freezer, but I’ve made a bigger dent in it than I care to share. *sigh* It’s going to be a tough January.

I started a raw food cleanse a year ago and I just kept going with it! The pounds melted off. There’s nothing like good clean, fruits and veggies to knock off the pounds. I started by doing a green shake every morning and grew from there….in baby steps! Lol! Good luck!

It’s been the holidays for the past 8 months right? I was going to start right after christmas but I contracted a cold and don’t want to eat anything but sodium filled noodle soups and rotisserie chicken.
