I'm hungry all the time too! I need more snacks I think!
I AM!!!! And I have to work my second job tonight....long day! I need to bring more snacks too!
yes...hungry...most of the time..working out and counting calories...only losing a pound a week. :-(
If you are hungry, eat! Eat smaller more frequent [HEALTHY] meals to keep your metabolism going. Get some berries or cut-up veggies to snack on between meals.

Aaaaah so hungry! I've been eating really healthy lately and going to the gym or running practically every day for the last couple of months. But OMG am I hungry most of the time! Especially this week b/c I have my first dress fitting on Sat. so I cut back on my food intake. I'm not starving but I 'm eating smaller meals throughout the day. I snack on baby carrots and other vegies. I miss my mid day and late night cookie snacks and yummy cheesy foods ) ; I have lost 8 pounds now though and am 2.5 pounds from my goal so that's keeping me going. All I'm saying is that dress better fit!
