Uggh I've had a lingering nasty cold virus for the past 2 weeks. My FI got it first, then I caught it (of course). I'm better now, but the cough just won't go away! Lots of fluids is my advice, and of course, lots of rest.

I have been sick for 2 weeks ... its brutal, and getting worse before it gets better it seems.
ME! I've had the gross snotties and headache and just 'bleh' feeling for over a week. :(
It's not like, terrible, but it's not great either.
Tomorrow begins my fall break, so I'll be able to relax (hopefully) until Sunday!
I've been sick: slight fever, heavy congestion, and headaches. The sore throat has mostly gone away though...

I'm not, but wont be surprised if I am soon. I'm a nanny and am putting in some extra hours this week because one of the two kids is home sick from school, with many signs pointing toward the flu. bleh. feel better everyone!
Aaargh UTI. I went through a period last summer where I got them ALL THE TIME. Never figuredd out why. <3 for the UTI, dear.

I've had sort of a mixture of lingering ragweed allergies and a slight cold. So annoying. Work is terrible for spreading sickness, eh Potato Chip?! My work is particularly bad because we don't have assigned computers, so other people put their germy fingers all over my computer before I use it. Yuck! Not to mention that I have to take the city bus back and forth to school. I have seen so many people cough and sneeze all over their hands and then touch the bars to get up and out. Blecccchhhh.
@Bellini- I totally feel you on the eyeball headache! It's killing me. Driving me nuts.
@brianalaura, computer keyboards gross me out!!! those and remote controls!!! so yucky!!
@fifty, it's the worst right? probably not helping that i've been in front of a computer screen all day :)
@Bellini- I refuse to believe it's caused by Weddingbee. :p lol. It probably doesn't help that I REALLY need to clean my contacts.
Already been sick twice. Just had the cold/flu the last two days...headache, fever, vomiting....yuck. I finally ate something besides saltines for the first time in three days. Everyone at work and school are sick....just praying I don't get it again.
Although I did enjoy watching law and order marathons the past two days and not doing any homework.
@Bellini - I just try not to think about it as much as possible! The worst is I work at a call centre (I do data entry but it's in the same open place as the agents that call people) so people are talking and coughing all over their computers. Plus due to high absenteeism and high turnover they encourage people to stay at work sick! Yuck!
@fifty--haha i know right? we're like addicts! ugh contacts. my fiance is promising to get me Lasik surgery for my wedding present :) how romantic!

There's a cold/flu spreading like wildfire across my department. I'm the latest and luckiest to catch it. The amount of tissues surrounding me right now is both disgusting and amazing. Tomorrow: rest, soup, fluids, Coldeze, televsion. Complaining.
Who else is sick and what do you do to recover?
