Who else is trying to lose weight / tone up before big day?

sabz3003:  Well I eat sensibly and workout at my gym 3-4 times a week. My wedding is in 6 weeks and it’s time to go hard core for 5 of those weeks. I do alot of heavy lifting but not much cardio. I hate hate cardio, but I think I need to focus more on cardio right now than weights. I am pretty tone, just trying to slim down a bit. My dress hugs my waist and any inches I can loose on my sides would be fantastic. I’m about a 27″ waist now.

 

Whatchu got for me?? 🙂

me! i bought the tone it up nutrition plan a few weeks ago and i started kayla itsines’ bikini body program. i’m on the end of my first week. i’m tired of my entire family telling me i’m too fat and i need to lose weight, so this is mostly for me (and for them i guess) but mostly for me. so i can feel confident and not give a f*ck anymore once i feel comfortable in my own skin. 🙂

oh and before i started the bikini body program i was running a lot and doing toning workouts from the tone it up youtube channel 🙂 they’re free! 

my biggest problem area is my waist, and a trainer during a consultation told me it’s mostly diet related. i THOUGHT i ate pretty well, but i was really only eating once or twice a day. now i eat 5 times in smaller portions and i feel much better 🙂 i’m slowly seeing results hehe

I’ve been trying but failing miserably. I lost 10 pounds earlier this year following a study I was a part of but I’ve hit a plateau and cannot seem to get out of it. I know its mostly diet related because I have more bad eating days then good. I got about 6 months until my wedding to try to get myself together. Ugh.

I’m also trying to lose a little bit of weight and tone up for my big day. I was having a lot of problems losing weight and my face was very swollen from fluid retention. Then I decided to take a break from birth control and the weight has been dropping. My stomach is a lot more slimmer and my face looks less swollen. I guess it’s harder to lose weight when you’re wrong birth control.
