I always find myself checking out wedding pics on facebook and most of the time I don't even know the couple gettting married but the photos are posted on one of my friend's pages of one of their friends. I like looking at the real photos of the real weddings to check out flowers,venues (because they are usually around here), dresses etc.
Anybody else do this?
HA! busted, I TOTALLY do that! It's just fun to look at wedding pics and they're so easy to find on FB :)
I love looking a peoples pictures-period. Weddings are always a bonus!
I also look at other people's wedding pictures but they are mostly for people I know.
Busted! I'm totally a FB stalker!! I love looking at pictures of people I don't even know! One night I went up to someone in a restaurant that is a friend of a friend of a friend on FB and introduced myself! I felt like I knew her from all her pics and stories! To say she looked horrified is an understatement! hehe! I am more and more my mother everyday!
I do this, mostly to get ideas of things I like and don't like. Also to see how certain things look in "real life" as opposed to being sold on a website or something.
One of my really good work friends does this all the time. and...I'm not gonna lie - I think it's kinda creepy. We just laugh about it though!
I am shamefully obsessed with this!! Whenever I see 'wedding album' I always click and take a good look!!
I do this too but I find the pics to be most intersting when I know the bride or groom. I like to see what people's cakes look like.
My dress is Dolly Couture, and she asks people to tag her in their wedding photos, so when I look through photos of Dolly, they're mostly brides wearing her dresses. I love all the different weddings and people I see!

I do it too! It just so happens like 4 of 5 people I know from college and high school were married so I would pay like 60% of my looking is strangers

GUILTY! I do this all the time, especially people from the past. It's definately a guilty pleasure, but feels so good.
I sometimes feel bad, because I look at details and compare it to my wedding and think about how much better my wedding was than theirs, and then I feel bad for them. Yeah.......I'm a bad person.

I can't help it! It's on facebook so they really WANT strangers to look at them... at least that's what I tell myself!
I haven't seen a lot of weddings on FB, but when I do I totally pounce! HAHA I'm strange too. I am also a bit of a FB stalker of anyone on my friends list. I like to see their pictures, especially people I remember from high school but don't really have a close relationship with. :o
I *LOVE* doing this!! I wish I had a way to find more, haha!
Oh I have no shame being a Facebook wedding stalker!! One of my friends are I are such pros that our convos often involve stalking the same people.

Oh heck yes! Recently a friend's facebook had pics posted of a wedding AT MY VENUE! A lil stalking? Don't mind if I do!!
does anyone else remember when you could click on users' "marital status" and get a list of all of your friends who are that status?
Such as, youre on your friend Jennys page and she is "engaged to John B" and if you clicked the "Engaged" hyperlink-- (because there was one!) you could see all of your other engaged friends, or married, or single friends. I hate that facebook took it away-- it made lurking so much easier!
Now its like.. "i wonder if (blank) is engaged yet... let me check" because honestly i feel like my feed isnt showing me everyones' updates!
I TOTALLY do that! I'm not gonna lie.... I've also been known to "search" for people in my area based on their dating status- if they're married, I click on their page and look at their photos! Hey, if I can't admitt it here, where can I?
I also enjoy looking at other people's Wedding pictures on Facebook. I wish they took more pictures of the venue, dresses, flowers, etc. That is what I am really looking for. Too bad more people don't upload their actual wedding and engagement photos!
omg thats hilarious, i didn't realize other people actually did this too LMAO!!! Thank God I'm normal, I think, or all you guys aren't either :P
I'm definitely a creeper. The last time I did that, I found a bride wearing my dress. I've checked back at least twice already since finding it, just to creep around and look at a stranger wearing my dress!
I am :) lol I just enjoy looking at wedding pics, regardless of whose they are or where they're posted! I know that we ladies aren't the only ones out there either! A FB friend of our best man saw our wedding photos one day. I have absolutely NO IDEA who she is, and she was well aware of that, but she sent me a message anyway to tell me how beautiful the wedding looked. It was just a really nice little email and it made me a little giddy that someone out there was noticing our wedding. It was also a couple months after the wedding, so it was a nice little surprise. idk, maybe that should have bothered me, but it didnt lol

Yep, I do this. I also spend a lot of time searching for photographers and viewing their blogs. Love getting ideas from other weddings!
