awww, i am so sorry that is happening. i totally understadn how you feel. i had 2 BMs and my good friend who i asked to officiate drop out – all for valid reasons, but still VERY disappointing!  i dont get the musician – was it someone you hired or a friend?  can you find someone else in time?  as for your Maid/Matron of Honor – can you help her out with the dress?  she shouldn’t be obligated to pay for anything else anyway so if you can help with the dress, i don’t see why she can’t stand up there with you?   and that does suck about the flowergirl 🙁   maybe they will surprise you, but for now its probably better to count her out and just be pleasantly suprised if you do have a flower girl. i didnt have a flower girl either because mine was supposed to be the daughter of one of the BMs that couldn’t come anymore!

@RachelD: Honey my wedding is a week after yours and I;ve lost 2 bridesmaids, 2 groomsmen, and a broom bearer. I understand. All you can do is readjust and replace if you can.

That is so sad! I don’t have anything to say advice wise, but just that I am thinking of you! This would be really hard, I can see how you would be dissapointed. You might be able to find a musician in time, and maybe you can help out the Maid/Matron of Honor. Either way, that’s rough.

PS – Nice avatar! I’m a social worker, too.
