We're trying to finish our programs but I'm not sure who gets listed in the program.  We don't have a bridal party or any readers, so right now we just have our officiant and musician listed.  Do we need to list our coordinator?  Anyone else?

I'd not list the coordinator.  in ours (not counting bridal party) we had

    Officiant

    Musician

    Parents of the groom

Parents of the bride (Step mom and dad as well)

    Surviving grandparents of the bride/groom

Ring bearers/flower girls (not sure if you have those)

and a remembrance page with passed-on relatives

if you have siblings who are not standing, Id list them as well

I would include anyone who was "in" the wedding - either standing up with you, doing a reading, playing music or walking down the aisle.  I would aslo include ushers and maybe a memorial page.

we listed our officiant, members of the bridal party, parents of the bride and parents of the groom. we didn't have any readers, flower girl or ring bearer, etc. so techincally we listed everyone who was "in the wedding". we didn't list the members of our string quartet as I wasn't certain of their names beforehand (they play in a bigger ensemble). we also included a listing of the ceremony order so guests could follow along, and a statement about our views on marriage (in)equality.
