At the rehearsal dinner, my Future Father-In-Law and 2 wedding party members who aren’t giving speeches at the wedding are giving a speech.
At the reception, my dad, Bridesmaid or Best Man and Maid/Matron of Honor are giving speeches.
We were planning on doing a thank you speech at the Rehearsal Dinner, but are we also supposed to give one at the wedding reception? Am I missing anyone else?

I don’t think it is necessary for you to give one at the reception but I don’t think anyone will have a problem with it either. I think it is a nice gesture. I think you have covered it all for both events. Too many speeches can go overboard

I think that sounds fine what you have going on. A short thank you from the couple is nice, but not really necessary at the reception.
We’re having our Maid/Matron of Honor & bestman give speeches at the reception, followed by a prayer and that’s it unless one of the Dads steps up between now and then.
