I think you need to figure out a budget and then find a place that fits it.

I personally love the Bellagio and the Wynn. Those places offer different kinds of packages.. everywhere from relatively inexpensive to very expensive.

Just make some inquiries and go from there. Vegas is so fun.

Narrow down the guest count.. that’s probably the #1 thing that drives up budget regardless of location.

We got married in Vegas.  Budget is very key here.  You could spend $100 or $100,00.  Firstly we decided where we wanted to have the ceremony.  We knew we wanted a hotel so we (cough I) went into research mode to find the right place and package for us.  I really wanted the Bellagio and while we could afford it, the packages didn’t include much, we chose Ceasar’s.  We ended up hosting a dinner for our 23 guests at the Venetian afterward.

If you’re looking for a more traditional hall wedding you can find that too.

I’m getting married at the Wynn and yeah, it’s pricey compared to all of the many places in Vegas. But, it’s all inclusive (venue, flowers, minister, 2 nights at the hotel, pictures, even a toast afterwards, etc.) and I get 2 coordinators helping me out long distance via phone and e-mails. And we’re not having a formal reception. Whoever shows up, we’re going to Maggiano’s for dinner/cake and then hanging out on the Strip! Works for us!

I spent 2.5 years planning a 110 person $30K wedding in MD that was driving me CRAZY and I begged FI to change his mind recently and go to Vegas instead. I still have to plan long distance, but it’s not as stressful somehow as doing things at home. I figured out that even if we pay up to $8K, we’re still saving $22K overall. And that’s money we can use for other things.

Do some research and decide how much you can really afford – FI and I are much older (50’s) so we’re footing the bill. And limit the guest list to who you want there, that will cut the costs down. Good luck!!!

we are getting married at the Paris hotel. Gorgeous Parisian vibe and lovely chapelle du paradis… diffsrent packages for your budget but ours includes flower budget, live guitarist , 3 nights, coordinator, photography etc… They are very accommodating. For example- I didn’t want cookie cutter Vegas wedding and ceremony and vows all customizable… We get to pick our music and even large selection of flowers I asked for certain variation and they are very accommodating and we plan to host a dinner somewhere nice … Depending on how many come we might do pricey Eiffel Tower restaurant… Cross fingers. Vegas can be classy and my family and friends are super excited because it is a fun destination that is reasonable. Look around… All major hotels or even the little chapels have tons of options. Also, there are tons of videos on you tube.
