I swore never to get a iphone. lol I thought they were way overrated but I caved and got one. I got the iphone 4 not the 4s because there was a $150 difference that I didn’t want to pay. Did I make a mistake?

I would switch to the 4S, it’s better.

I have the 4s (no interest in the 5). I would’ve gone with the 4s mainly because when the 6 comes out this year you’ll be 3 generations behind and that sometimes limits the amount of compatibility with the newest that will come out with the phone. All that being said. There’s not much difference between the 4 and the 4s except for Siri (that’s was the S stands for). I like Siri (voice activated “assistant”) but she’s not necessary. Almost everything else is the same.

I did the same thing. I got the 4 instead of the 4S because of cost. The difference is Siri and the camera. And since Siri bothers me on my ipad I didnt care about it. You did not make a mistake. I heard the 5 knocks everything out of the water tho so if you exchange get that one.

I recently got the 4s & the main reason I went with that one instead of the 4 was b/c of the better video/camera since that was mainly what we’d use it for. It helped though that I had credit saved with my carrier & got it for free. If cost was a factor I probably would have got the 4.

I have the Iphone 4 because of the price. I’m not too considered with having Siri. I love my phone. I seriously didn’t think I cared about them, but now couldn’t imagine not having it lol

there’s a new app for the 4 so you can download Siri now! but yeah, thats the only difference from the two.

I had a 4 until just recently when I upgraded to the 5 after smashing my 4 accidentally… I was going to wait until my contract expired in August to make the switch because my 4 was just fine otherwise. I think you’ll be good! I don’t really notice a huge difference between by 4 and 5, so 4S would be even less I guess.

4, 4s? whats the difference, SIRI? she’s stupid anyway and I never used her. I miss my iphone. My compaints are: fragile! small screen & not enough good ring tones. But other than that I love iphones and I would like another one.

I made the choice to not buy the latest model of the iphone and bought the 3G instead of the 3Gs back in the day and my phone quickly became outdated and didnt receive updates when the iphone 4 came out. Therefore I would get the 4s to avoid the frustration later.

@figgnewton: I have iPhone 4 (got it before 4S came out) and I don’t think there’s too much difference. A few months ago there was a major update (I think that made it pretty much the same as 4S) and truthfully I liked the old OS better but it’s not too different so can’t complain.

I have the 4. I’m overdue for an upgrade, but am considering changing providers. So here I sit with a 4. And I quite like it. I don’t need Siri. That’s really the only huge difference.
Love my iPhone.
Though I do miss my little pink flip phone from back in the day. 🙂

I am tried all sorts of phones(blackberries, various Androids, iPhones) and the iPhone has always been my favorite. I am currently sporting an iPhone 5 and I love it. The camera is far superior to the 4s when it comes to low lighting. Other than that it wasnt much different. I use Siri everyday to set my alarm. “Wake me up at 6am” and it does it. Its wonderful.
I would recommend upgrading your phone to at least the 4s because of future updates and such as PP have already mentioned

I have the 4S only because a friend gave me his old one. Otherwise I doubt I would have gotten it. There’s not much of a difference between the 4 and 4S. I’m perfectly happy with mine and don’t plan to upgrade anytime soon.

I don’t like Siri that much. My DH has the 4s and she drives me crazy! lol I have like 30 days to change my mind and upgrade the phone to the 4s. I’m hoping I like the 4 though. Coming from a T-Mobile Android that is super cheap I think iphone 4 will do(:
