I had better luck at Joann (i wanted specific shades of champagne, ended up with "oatmeal"), but if you just want a solid blue, I'm not sure if matters where you go unless it's a unique shade of blue.
I would have to ditto ejs Joanne's Fabrics has had both of my colors in various widths, the only problem seems to be after you buy all of it out and then have to wait for more to come in!

I'm looking for some ribbon for the bottom of each layer for my cake-probably a solid blue.
What do you guys think, does Hobby Lobby or Michael's have better ribbon-or some other chain that I'm not thinking of :)
