You may want to do some research on the site as there have been a couple of recs that people have used.
The ones I've heard about most are Milly Bridal, April Bridal, Dressilyme, Monica Bridal (DHGate).
I personally looked into a number of dressmakers when considering having my dress made.
At the end of it, I chose IeIe Bridal.
I worked with April Bridal (Jeff Liu) and was really happy.

@YSQueen: Were you happy with IeIe Bridal?? Do you have pictures of the finished product?
@daydreamwanderer: Thanks! Going to look at his ebay store! Your review helped alot!!
I have recently been reading about http://fushopping.com/ and I am actually working with the owner with a dress donation program and he has been great. They have some reviews on their website and pictures on facebook.
I also have been following this blog below and based on what they have said for good ones: Monica Bridal (dhgate), April Bridal (Jeff Liu), Landy Bridal, and Gianinar.
@Tamzro: So far, I've been happy with the communication and work. She's halfway finished with the dress and it looks great so far! My dress should be finished in the next month.
Dressilyme it excellent. I had a disaster with Jeff Liu and I regret ever choosing him. I also didn't get an honorable refund. If you use him please set everything up through ebay because if there are any problems then you may not be covered with paypal alone.
UPDATE: I posted earlier that I was working with fushopping.com. My dress is ready to be shipped! So I should be getting it soon and I can post pics. Here are some pictures of the dress in progress...

I've done so much research online trying to find a quality replica dress maker. I'm just so nervous ordering online and making a decision. If anyone has any experiences good or bad please let me know as I hope to order my dress within the next month or so. Pictures attached of the dress I am praying to get made!!! Thanks for all your help!!
